State Tax filing status

I'd be glad to share the details, TMoore.

The State Tax filing status Married (one income) indicates that only one spouse earns an income, meaning the total household income derives from a single source, while the State Tax filing status Married (two incomes)  indicates that both spouses earn an income, each contributing to the household income from separate earnings.

You can refer to the complete details from the IRS website under Married filing jointly: IRS Filing Status.

Whenever you need guidance in filing your taxes and forms, please refer to this article: E-file and e-pay state forms and taxes in QuickBooks Desktop.

Feel free to reach out if you have other questions or inquiries about taxes.
