Join nowHow can you delete employees from view my paycheck while still sllowing others to use it? As an administrator is there a way to remove employees that are on there and prevent them from posting any future checks,?
You can remove their payroll access, Novacomm.
If an employee has payroll access rights, they can still view and work on the Payroll side of QuickBooks. When you remove their payroll access, they won't be able to do any of those tasks.
Please take note that this only applies to certain users that you choose to remove. Others can still access payroll as long as you keep their payroll access rights.

Hello there, deniseg123.
You can view your paystubs through ViewMyPaycheck if your current employer set it up for you. You'll want to reach out to your employer about this. You can also let your employer follow this article for guidance: Invite employees to view paychecks and W-2’s online.
Also, let's make sure that your employer is using QuickBooks. ViewMyPaycheck is exclusive for Intuit product users only.
If you have other concerns about paystubs, please let me know.
Hi there, @239977!
There are two scenarios you can consider before you can view and access your paychecks online. I'm here to share them and help you from there.
First off, if you're the employee, you'll have to ask an invitation directly from your employer so that he/she will grant you the access to view your paychecks online.
Once you received the invitation, you can check this article to learn more about how you can accept the invitation and access your paychecks online: QuickBooks Workforce - Access your Paychecks and W-2’s Online.
Meanwhile, if you're the employer, you'll have to log in to your Intuit account first and invite your employee to access their paychecks online. Let me show you how:
Once done, here's how you can now invite your employees to access their paychecks online:
In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about how you can invite your employees to access their paychecks online: Give Employees Online Access to Paychecks and W-2's.
After that, your employees must accept the invitation you've sent. You can share this article to them so they'll be guided on how to do the tasks: QuickBooks Workforce - Access your Paychecks and W-2’s Online.
