If you're looking for a .qbw file to upload or download a QuickBooks Desktop company file to your QBO account, I can help. The steps I'm listing are highlighted in this link, check it out for further detail.
- Upload or Download a QuickBooks Desktop company file to Intuit
- Create a backup of your QuickBooks Desktop data file
- Open a web browser and sign in to https://intuitb2b.secure.force.com/FileExchange.
- Enter the Case, Email, and PIN provided to you by your agent. (you received this information when you started setting up your Online account)
- Accept the Terms of Service and select Sign In.
- Select the + button to the right of your case number and select Upload.
- Select Browse your device to find and choose your file.
- Select Upload to begin uploading your file.
- Once your files have been uploaded successfully, select the close button to exit.
