I tried clearing the cache on both my chromebook and my phone but im still getting the same message

Since you’ve already tried clearing your browser’s cache, it would be best to contact our QuickBooks Workforce Support team for further assistance. They can help and provide you a fix to ensure you’re able to check your paystubs online.
