This happens if your web browser has accumulated cache as files are being saved to the hard drive. This causes unusual behavior in QuickBooks Online.
To fix this, try to log in using a private window. This isolates issues because this mode will not save the site data. You can use the short cut keys below:
If it works, I recommend, clearing your browser's cache to speed up the loading process of the QBO website and for the system to start fresh.
You can also use other supported browsers.

I Tried this and it does act different. Now in the Title dropdown the only option is (choose one) and that selecting that is not good enough.

Since you're still unable to select a preferred option on the Title drop-down, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks support. They can take a look at this behavior and send it over to our Product Team for further investigation.
