Once you update your information from the EFTPS website, our system automatically detects the changes and apply them to the account. Since it syncs directly in QuickBooks, you no longer need to enter them manually.
Just make sure the E-File & Pay feature is enabled and completely set up. As long as you submit the required authorization forms and your bank info is verified, we'll be able to detect the data.
Also, please note you must wait an hour before making federal e-payments. For future reference, I’m adding a link that provides an overview of how to enroll in E-File & Pay:
