Why is the mileage and amount totals not showing up in the area at the top of the mileage page???

It could be that the stored cache and cookies are the reason why the mileage and total amount are not showing up in the mileage page.

Let me share some basic troubleshooting steps that will help you get back to work. Let's start by:

1. Access your QBO account using a private browser. This doesn't save your site data and visited pages. You can press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome or Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.
    
2. If the mileage and total amount show up, let's go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete the junk files. If the same thing happens, we can use other supported browsers for the meantime so you can get to your tasks. The one you're currently using may have temporary issues with QuickBooks.

If you need to track mileage for multiple vehicles, you can add your miles directly in QuickBooks Online.

I tried using your instructions and none of the browsers showed the mileage totals at the top.

Question, is there a file saved on your computer for this?  Also, it doesn't show up on my desktop version of QB either.

I had work done on my computer and they replaced my graphics card and updated to Mojave.  He cleared the hard drive before adding Mojave so he did a clean install.

Anyway I have attached a screen shot of the QB online screen showing mileage.

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.

2. Select Contact Us.

3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
