Recording 941 payment

Every time I record my 941 payment, quickbooks online puts it in the register to print.  We pay electronically and do not print checks.  Therefore, I have to remember to go into the print queue to delete it from printing so it isn't included in my normal checks to print.  Is there any way around this.  Thanks.

  1. Log in to your QBO account and click the Help menu.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter a short description and select Continue.
  4. Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.
