Reminder list not working

Hey there, accounting302.

When a feature is not responding or it shows blank, we do some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Let's open your account in an incognito or private browser. We recommend this mode since it doesn't store cache.

Here are the shortcut key for each browser:

  • Chrome: Press Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Internet Explorer or Firefox: Press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Hold down Command+Shift+N

Once logged in, view the reminder list. If the feature is working, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings.

I've got this article on how you can clear them in all supported platforms: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

On the other hand, you can open your company on a different browser.

Please keep me posted and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks.

Reminder list not working

Tried incognito and another browser, the reminder list still not working.

I go to recurring transactions, and then press Reminder List and nothing happens.

Reminder list not working

Hi, @accounting302.

Thank you for following the steps provided by my colleague above. Since private browsing doesn't work, I suggest checking the Audit Log in QuickBooks Online. This way, you can see who made changes to your books.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the upper right side.
  2. Click Audit Log under Tools
  3. Hit Filter drop-down arrow.
  4. Choose All users below the User's box.
  5. Set the Date and pick Show all Events or List only.
  6. Tap Apply

For more information about accessing the audit log, you can check out this article: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team once you've verified nothing has changed in your account. They have tools to check what causing the problem and create an investigation if necessary. They are open Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Time.

Let me guide you how:

  1. Click the Help button and select Contact Us
  2. Enter your concern in the description field and hit Let's talk
  3. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback
  4. Complete the required information to complete the process.
