There are two ways to transfer the aaster admin role (MMA) to you. You can let the previous master admin to transfer the role to you in the Intuit Settings. Or you can submit a request to our account protection team.
Here are the documents needed for the request:
- Your photo ID (passport, drivers license,or state-issued ID)
- The business owner’s photo ID (drivers license, state-issued ID, or passport)
- A letter of permission from the business owner
Also, there will be additional documents needed depending on which type of business you're running. Then, you'll need to fill out the fields needed to finish the MMA Request. To know more about the process, check out this article: Request to be the master admin or primary contact.
