Roth 401K on Pay Stub

Previously on our payroll stubs, my employee's Roth 401K deduction was noted as "Adjustments to Net Pay" but recently it has changed to "Adjustments to Gross Pay". I have not done anything differently other than payroll updates. Does anyone know why or when this change took place in QuickBooks?

Roth 401K on Pay Stub

Hi @Eyeteeth,

You can use the audit trail report to view the user activity in QuickBooks. Let me guide you how.

  1. Go to Reports, then Accountant and Taxes.
  2. Select Audit Trail.
  3. Change the Date Entered/Last Modified to All.
  4. Hit Refresh.

Once done, check the activity of your paystubs. If you have no activity found, run the verify and rebuild tool to check if it's data damage.

We also have a guide on fixing data damage that I'm sure you'll find helpful.
