Salary Change in Mid-PayPeriod - Enterprise

One of our employees is getting a raise mid-pay period; we pay every other week.  Is there a way to show one rate for week one and the raise on week two?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @RhondaL.

I recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support to help you properly set up this employee for this transition into their new pay rate. Rest assured, they have the tools that can help you with this process and get everything running smoothly.

You can let me know this goes for you by leaving me a Reply. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate and reach back out to me! Have a safe week ahead.

Salary Change in Mid-PayPeriod - Enterprise

If an hourly employee, enter two lines of detail on the earning table of the paycheck, one with the old and one with the new pay rate, using the same hourly item.  The detail will print on the pay stub.

If Salary, there isn't a way to do that exactly, and instead calculate the correct given the raise and enter it on the check.
