Sometimes after a payroll update the filed section and even the forms to file section can be blank or minimal. Usually when I see that just clicking on Forms>Make a form active corrects both sections.
Are you on the newest update? 22011 Try logging out (close your company) and restart

The possible cause might be the file was renamed and transferred. You can still access history and manually open the form from there.
When creating your payroll tax form moving forward, you can mark the Automatically create an archive when I e-file or print checkbox. An archive is stored in PDF format on your computer. The location also of these forms is the same as your company file.
