Setting up direct deposit Error 30107

I have been trying to set up direct deposit for or company. This is the first time and I am trying to set up one employee. I have the two amounts that were deposited to our account. Each time I have entered the amounts it replies with error 30107.  At one time there was a question on a Intuit Payroll Form that I completed and faxed in. But I am unable to reach anyone at Intuit to ask them a question on how I should complete the form and what they need from me.

 

How do I contact the customer service dept at Intuit or have an online chat with them. I have tried pushing F 1 and using the help button from within the QB Desktop and that does not work either.

Let me help you fix it, Carol2012.

 

We'll try to update QuickBooks to the latest release, then download the latest payroll updates. It fixes payroll errors like this. 

 

Although, if you're still encountering the same issue after trying the steps, let me route you to our payroll support. This way, an agent can take a better look at it. We have another way to contact them. Here's how:

  1. Open this link.
  2. Click QuickBooks Desktop, then click Continue as a guest.
  3. Select your QuickBooks version.
  4. Click Solving Issues & Error Messages, then select Common Errors.
  5. Click Start a Message

Please be advised by our support hours and types. One thing as well, we have limited staff due to the pandemic. Rest assured, though, that an agent will immediately take a look at your concern once you can get hold of one. 

 

Once it's fixed, you can already send your first direct deposit payroll.

Hello,

 

I followed all the advise showing on the page and still get the error.  I chat with an agent and I was told other individuals have the same issue and QB IT still working on the problem.  I see the comment here is dated October 2020.  How long will I need to wait for the issue to be solve?

If you've already updated your file to the latest release and downloaded the payroll updates yet, the same error persists, I'd recommend reaching out to Phone Support team.

Thank you for that information.  I have chat with CS twice case#[removed], but the issue hasn't been solve.  I have other issue that it might be part of it. Email see attached.  Contact email is [email address removed]
