Setting up payroll item - new QSEHRA reimb - Box 12 Code FF

I want to add a QSEHRA reimb to the employee's paycheck.  When I go to Payroll Item and try to add a new payroll item as an addition - I am unclear what I should be clicking on under "Tax Tracking Type".   I know it is suppose to show up in Box 12 Code FF and I believe it is not subject to SS, Medicare, Federal or State taxes or unemployment taxes, but none of the categories under "Tax Tracking Type" seem to fit.

Let me help set your payroll item for the new QSEHRA. 


When setting up the new tax tracking type for this item, you'll need to select the Qual. Small ER HRA. Any amounts tracked with the new tax-tracking type will be reported as required on Box 12 of Form W-2 code FF, beginning with tax tear 2017.
