Glad to see you here in the Community, Maramer.

I'm here to lend a helping hand to make sure the employees and employer's contributions are matched.

You may want to review the employee's setup and check the rate and limit by going to the employee's payroll setting.

Here's how:

  1. Click Employees at the top menu bar.
  2. On the drop-down list, click Employee Center.
  3. Select the employee and go to Payroll Info.
  4. Double check the rate and limit.

The employee does have it taken out and shows up on their deductions.

the problem is the employer match is not being calculated and showing up for the individual..

when look at company paid info for the person it isn’t calculating or showing up.

both are specific percentages and the same for all eligible employees.

(although the amounts are different for employee and employer)

thank you for replying

your help is really appreciated!!!!

Let's get this figured out, Mary.

I've replicated your concern and saw that the Simple IRA company contribution should calculate. Let's make sure to put a percentage in the AMOUNT column so it will calculate.

Following my colleague's steps above, go to the Payroll Info tab. Please check the screenshots I've attached.

Please keep us updated on how it goes. You can tag me and I'll get back to your personally.
