This isn't the kind of service we want you to experience, sunp2020.

 

Due to the ongoing pandemic, we have limited staff at the moment. This is the reason some of our support channels are only available during business hours. Though aside from phone support, you can also share your concern here with us, and we're happy to help.

  

You can speak to our Customer Care Team through the Contact us feature in QuickBooks Online. I'll guide you how:

  1. Go to the Help menu and then click Contact Us.
  2. Share a brief description of your concern in the dialogue box.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Select Get a callback to get an available representative.

 

To ensure that you'll be assisted on time, please check out our support hours.

 

Additionally, feel free to visit our Help articles page in case you got other QuickBooks concerns, such as setting up advanced reports, online banking, manage reconciliation, transactions, import and export data lists, etc.

When I click on help, it doesn't give me an option to get a callback.  I need to cancel my account because I've closed my business

When I go to help, it doesn't give me an option to get a callback.  I've closed my business and need to close my account. I went through all the steps to close it online and when I get to the end for a conformation, my phone number is wrong and it won't let me change it

How do I change my credit card info for payroll services?

Good to see you, @KIm1958.

 

You can update your credit card info by going to Billing and Subscription in Account and Settings.

 

Also, make sure that the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement. It will help change the card info seamlessly.

 

Let me show you how:

  1. Sign in as master admin or company admin user in QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Gear icon on the top right.
  3. Select Account and Settings and then choose Billing & Subscription.
  4. Click the update your card link or select Edit ✎ beside your payment method to update your card info.
  5. Once finish, select Save.

 

Well done! You've changed your card info for payroll service.

You may also want to see your payment history for the service. Just go to Settings/Gear and then select Account and Settings, then choose Billing & Subscription. From there, you can click the View payment history link.

I don't have quickbooks online, so how to I speak to someone!  Horrible customer service, total joke for the amount we pay a year.

I know it a compete joke that we can not talk to a human.. always advising people with online quickbooks, while I don't use the online format, so what I can't talk to anyone..

@skocsis  You can find answers to most questions by using the SEARCH bar at the top of any page, here in the community, including how to contact Intuit/ QB, for ANY product they have. 

Had you actually taken the time to do a little reading/ looking, you would have found a way to contact them for the product you use.

I am having the worst time with contacting intuit. The help function gets you eventually to contact form, but it does not allow you to put your contact information in. I finally went online and navigate through the maze and got someone. I have done this since Nov of 2020 and cannot get the matter resolved. Every time I get a new person they offer a different solution. This is frustrating as no one will call you back. I have been using payroll software since 2005 and the customer service is so poor that I am looking around for a new payroll software. The contradict themselves on every  turn,

There are many payroll apps in the market supporting QB. Don't hesitate to migrate it 8)
