When I go to help, it doesn't give me an option to get a callback. I've closed my business and need to close my account. I went through all the steps to close it online and when I get to the end for a conformation, my phone number is wrong and it won't let me change it

You can update your credit card info by going to Billing and Subscription in Account and Settings.
Also, make sure that the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement. It will help change the card info seamlessly.

I am having the worst time with contacting intuit. The help function gets you eventually to contact form, but it does not allow you to put your contact information in. I finally went online and navigate through the maze and got someone. I have done this since Nov of 2020 and cannot get the matter resolved. Every time I get a new person they offer a different solution. This is frustrating as no one will call you back.
