To get this issue sorted out, let's access your QBO using a private window and print the paychecks from there. This is a good start in identifying if the problem is browser-related since you've verified that there are no changes made on your employees' profile.
Sometimes, the stored cache files on your browser that helps web pages to load easier may result in unexpected hurdles like the missing employees' address on a printed paycheck.
If you can now print the paycheck perfectly from the private window, you may go back to your normal browser and clear its cache. This removes unnecessary files and reloads the system.
