Glad to have you here in the Community, @lcutitta.

Let's take a look at a couple of scenarios and help you with your concern about voided checks.

If you're trying to record voided checks in QuickBooks, feel free to follow the steps below:

  1. Click the + New icon from the left menu, then select Check.
  2. Enter the necessary information.
  3. Select More at the bottom of the page and click Void.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.

I'm adding this article for more details: Record voided checks.

However, if you're trying to create a report of voided checks, you can run and customize the Transaction List by Date report. Here's how:

  1. Click Reports from the left menu.
  2. Search for Transaction List by Date from the field.
  3. Select the Customize button.
  4. In the Report period section, select the date range of the report.
  5. Go to the Filter section, then choose Check from the Transaction Type.
  6. Click Run report.

Here's an article you can read for more information: How to create a report of voided checks.

If you still want to talk with a live agent, I suggest contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can open your conversation with Cris and help you from there.
