Step by Step how to run enhanced payroll in Enterprise 22 with direct deposit pay cards

I'd be happy to provide any additional information you require, @HH1944.

After you've enabled your company's direct deposit feature, you can set up the pay card routing number and account information for the employee's direct deposit.

The steps are as follows:

  1. Click Employees located at the top, and choose Employee Center.
  2. Select the Payroll Info tab by double-clicking the employee's name.
  3. Select the Direct Deposit option.
  4. Select Use Direct Deposit for [employee's name] in the Direct Deposit window.
  5. Select whether the paycheck should be deposited into one or two accounts, and then enter the employee's financial institution information (Bank Name, Routing No., Account No., and Account Type).
  6. When prompted, enter your direct deposit PIN and click OK.

For reference, you can check this article: Set up, edit, and remove direct deposit for employees in QuickBooks Desktop.

In addition, you can proceed in processing paychecks with your employees. See this article for your reference: Create and run your payroll

I appreciate you taking the time to contact the Discussion boards. If you have any further questions about direct deposits, please let me know, and I will assist you. Do you have any additional concerns about pay schedules? I'm ready to listen.
