I appreciate you for reaching us here in the Community, @haulzall-info-gm. I'd love to help sync your bank to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

W can run a manual update to make sure your transactions are updated. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Bank Account.
  3. Click Refresh On

If it's still not working, contact your bank to verify any maintenance issue with them.

If the issue persists, I'd appreciate it if you can tell me the name of the financial institution you're working with? Any extra details will help us narrow down the issue.

For future reference, you can also check out this link to help you learn about adding transactions manually in QuickBooks Self-Employed

Let me know how these steps go. I'll be keeping an eye out for your response on this.

Utilize the trial version of SlickConnect for the time being. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
