Hello alajayconst,

QuickBooks depends on the information coming from your online banking website. To get this resolved, you’ll want to manually update it within your QuickBooks Self-Employed account to flow the correct amount.

Here’s how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Bank accounts under Transactions.
  3. Select the Refresh all button.

Doing this will also update the transactions under that checking account.

I added this link in case you’ll be needing information to organize your QuickBooks account: Help articles. You can select each topic to view them.

Please know that I'm just a post away if you have any other questions you can get back to us anytime.
