The ee is gone. I just need to get out of his record. I cant!!

I need a Service Rep to just call me and fix this behind the scene... Why won't Intuit QBKS system let out of his record??!! Just call me please.

Thanks for stopping by the Community, I'm happy to assist you this morning. If you'd like for an representative to reach out to you, you can initiate the Call me back support option and an agent will call you back as soon as possible. To do so, you can follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Support hours:

  • Plus, Essentials, Simple Start M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT
  • Advanced, any time, any day
