The EIN isnt long enough?

The program wont accept my EIN number at its length. If I add Zeros it accepts

The EIN isnt long enough?

Employer Identification Number (EIN) is composed of a nine-digit number issued by IRS. To review your EIN, you can visit the IRD website: Employer ID Numbers

 

If you need to update your EIN in QuickBooks Online, here's an article for the steps: Change your business name, contact info, or EIN in QuickBooks Online.
