The last treasurer put me on the account but I can't access it. The email for that account is [Removed by Moderator] How do I add it?

The new account is for The Porch Club of Riverton.

I'm glad to help you to access your account in QuickBooks.

 

You need to ask your previous treasurer to update the email address or invite you as a new user.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Settings menu. 
  2. Select Manage Users
  3. Click the Add user button, then select a user type. 
  4. Click Next
  5. Enter the new user's info, then select Save.

Once done, your invited user will get an email notification from [email address removed]. They'll need to click the Let's go! link, then sign in. 

 

Also, you can check out this article: Add, delete, or change user access. It guides you through changing the role of your existing user. 

 

However, if you're using the Advanced version of QuickBooks Online, you can add and manage custom roles
