Greetings, @MaryBuck.
Let me share some valuable insights as to why the program is not allowing a $7,500 catch-up contribution to the 401(K) Plan.
To start, may I ask if you encountered any error messages while transferring? If yes, please provide us with more details so we can investigate and offer a solution.
Additionally, if you're planning to add a catch-up for 401(K), please ensure that you delete the previous 401(K) that you set up for your employee. If you're 50 years old or above, you're entitled to an extra $7,500 in catch-up contributions, increasing your employee contribution limit to $30,000.
