The wrong unemployment tax % was used on my first month of paychecks. I now have the correct % inserted, but my liability register is way off. How do I adjust it?

Hello there, jess25.

We'll need to adjust your previous paychecks. For this to happen, it would be best if an agent will do a screen share with you and can guide you with the detailed steps to adjust the previous paychecks.

I'll show you how to reach out to them:

  1. From the Gear icon, select Contact Us.
  2. Enter My Liability register is way off.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Message an Agent or Get a callback.

I have an article here that talks about editing transactions in the account register: Find, review, and edit transactions in account registers.

Feel free to get back to me if there's anything else that I can help!
