There is an explanation mark near employee details which says To pay Lisa you need to enter some missing information. I do not see any information missing ?

You won't be able to pay an employee if there's information that we haven't added to the profile yet. When you click the employee's name, you'll see another exclamation point that will show you what we need to add. Check the screenshot below as an example.
