First, it is important to note that while the payment is scheduled for today, the crediting time will depend on your employee’s bank. I recommend asking your employee to recheck their account at the end of the business day, as some banks process these deposits later than others.
If the money still hasn't appeared by then, you'll need to double-check the employee's banking information in QuickBooks to ensure it's all correct. Then, reach out to our QuickBooks Payroll Live support via chat or callback to trace the direct deposit, and, if necessary, assist with a reversal to get the funds back so you can pay your employee another way.
You can also pay your employee using a paycheck once you have already retrieved the money.
