To access an Emp's paroll records by ck I would click on the Employee tab, scroll to th Emp and then double click on their name. No work now?

To access an Emp's paroll records by ck I would click on the Employee tab, scroll to th Emp and then double click on their name. No work now?

Welcome to the Community forum, btsnevada. 
 

Going to the Employees menu is a good thing to view the payroll records. But, we still need to select the Transactions tab to see the lists of paychecks depending on the period we have set up on it.
 

We'll be routed to their information when we double-click the employee's name, where we can make changes in their details. Now, I'll walk you through on where you can access the paycheck lists in QuickBooks Enterprise.

 

  1. Go to Employee and select the Employee Center.
  2. Click the Transactions tab and make sure you choose Paychecks on the left side.
  3. Then, set up the appropriate dates that you want QuickBooks to show.
