Thanks for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help fix the issue you're having when entering Weekly Timesheet entries in both QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Mac app.
I tried this on my end but I'm not getting the same results. I also check if there are any reported cases similar to this but there isn't. To isolate this, try logging into your QBO account using a different browser or a private browser. Your browser's settings or old cache might have caused this unexpected behavior while using QBO. To use a private browser, here's how:
Once logged in, try to enter the hours on the Weekly Timesheet again and check if the line still vanishes. If it works, go back to your default browser and perform clear cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer. Thanks for getting back to me!
The issue is still happening to me in Safari (after clearing caches), Chrome (after clearing caches) and the Quickbooks Mac app. The line is till vanishing until I save the timesheet. It's a very weird issue!

Some QBO users shared that the browser troubleshooting steps fixed the issue, Pete.
