I'll walk you through how to review your employee information, darren-wells.

QuickBooks will indicate if an employee has a missing information through the yellow circled exclamation point. We can review again your employee's profile to see any missing information.

I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Workers menu and select Employees
  2. From the Employee list, search an employee that has the yellow exclamation period indicator.
  3. Look into the section where the employee has a missing information (Pay, Profile, Employment).
  4. Enter the details correctly and click Done to save changes.

Then, we can run payroll to see if it still asks you to enter the missing information. If you get the same thing, we can perform a few browser troubleshooting steps. First, access QuickBooks and run payroll using a private browser since it doesn't store any cache files that caused the unexpected behavior within QuickBooks. If you were able to run payroll without any prompt messages, we can switch back to the main browser to remove the cache. Other browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox to help us isolate unusual behavior.

Let me know on how this works. I'll be here to walk you through it. Take care!
