Trying to pay/file our state unemployment tax which has a due date of 4/29/25. The earliest payment date QB will allow me to use is 4/30/25 all other are crossed out.

I'm not sure what payroll version we are using, QB allows us to pay the taxes/forms in QBO. It has worked as far as I know correctly in previous quarters. Todays date is 4/9/25, yet it won't allow a date selection prior to 4/30 with a default withdrawal of 4/25. On the Payroll Center -Action Needed- Our state unemp tax is listed as ready to pay. Shows the correct Due 4/30/25 with a Pay by 4/28/25. Thank you.

  3. Under Profile, select Subscriptions and Billing.Untitled1.png

  4. The page will prompt, and you can check what version of QuickBooks product you are using.
