Trying to set up QB online payroll. Got first 3 things done on To Do. Click on number 4 "Ready to Roll". Nothing happens.

Trying to set up QB online payroll. Got first 3 things done on To Do. Click on number 4 "Ready to Roll". Nothing happens.

Good morning, @tomwilsonauto.

 

We've got several reports of users not being able to move past the "Ready to Roll" section of your Payroll set up. To get added to the list of affected users, you'll have to call into our Online Support. Rest assured, once you've been added then you'll receive notifications from our Engineering Team about updates to this behavior and when it gets resolved. Here's how to get in touch:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the (?) Help button on the top-right of the page, then Contact Us.
  3. Type in your question or concern in the Description Box then hit Let's Talk.
  4. Choose how you want to get contacted.

You'll hear from an agent shortly. Once connected, you can tell them about your issue and there's a list of affected users under INV-40614.
