Trying to update payment method, there is no submit icon to complete action. I only have access on a smartphone for now is there another option for payment updates?Thanks

Thanks for coming to the Community. I'm here to help update your payment method in QuickBooks. 

 

Please ensure you access your account as Master or Company Admin in a web browser from your smartphone. Then, follow these steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Settings menu, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing Subscription.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon) beside your payment method, then update your credit card info.
  4. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  5. Select Confirm card or Save.

You may also want to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, or perhaps change your billing cycle.

Nothing changed. The issue is not log in or location oriented. I can fill out payment information but cannot submit due to the lack of an option. There is no option to submit, continue or go to next step.

Have you tried adjusting the zoom on your browser? This might be the reason why you cannot see the option to submit or continue to the next step. Here's how to adjust the zoom on your browser:

  1. In the upper-right corner on your browser click the three-vertical dots.
  2. Click the + symbol to Zoom In.
  3. Click the - symbol to Zoom Out.

Or you can press and hold the Ctrl key while you scroll-down or scroll-up your mouse.

 

If the same thing happens, we can do browser troubleshooting steps. Cache helps your browser or device's background processes run smoothly. However, it can also cause unexpected results when piled up. Here's how to get rid of any cache-related concerns:

  1. Open a private browser and log in to your account. It uses but doesn't store cache.
  2. If you can update the billing information successfully,  we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
  3. Other supported browsers are good alternatives, too. Each of them uses a different cache.
