Turn off my experts?

I'm happy to help you out this afternoon, can you provide a little more information on what you need turned off, I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say experts. Below, I'm providing a little information on the QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping.

@alisha4 , It looks like you have to actually "activate" or subscribe.  If you have done so, the steps to cancel  that subscription are 

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
2. Select Billing & Subscription.
3. Select Cancel for QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping. Confirm your cancelation in the window that appears.

If not activated, it looks to be an icon that will always be on your QB page.  Typical of Intuit.  (Insert eyeroll here)

Is this the official answer? 

QuickBooks is spamming our app and we can't disable it?? Even Microsoft has an option to turn off theirs. Bad QuickBooks, bad.

@lorikneisler,  QB is "spamming" the crap outta it's customers.  It's extremely frustrating and ridiculous.
