The recent issues surrounding TSheets and QB integration have brought some things to light. Specifically, I am unable to change the e-mail address for team members in TSheets
-From the Administrators page, I go to My Team>Team Members info.
-Icon in the Members info next to the e-mail address indicates this info is populated from QB. I confirmed the corrected address in QB and performed a sync.
-New address in QB is not transferred to TSheets.
-Team Members are unable to reset their info because the wrong/old address is entered in their app.

It could be that the stored cache and cookies are the reason why you're unable to update your team member's e-mail address in TSheets. Let me share some basic troubleshooting steps that will help you get back to work.
Let's start by accessing your account using a private browser. This doesn't save your site data and visited pages. You can press the following keys to access this mode:
If you're able to change your team member's email address, let's go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete the junk files. If the same thing happens, we can use other supported browsers in the meantime so you can get to your tasks. The one you're currently using may have temporary issues with TSheets.

I am having a similar problem. An employee of mine has an email address linked to their account that doesn't even exist. Neither of us added that email address. I have tried changing it, but it won't accept it. Tsheets meging with Intuit has done nothing but ruin a good system.

The changes you've made in the employee's profile within QuickBooks Online will sync to TSheets once you imported it. In TSheets, click the QuickBooks icon at the top and select Import.
Also, I suggest you perform the steps shared by ReymondO. It fixes many issues caused by a browser error. If this behavior persists, please reach out to our Customer Support Team so they can further assist you with it.

None of this helps. Still unable to change the team members' e-mail. To be clear:
**Chrome: I have cleared the cache.
**QB Online: I deleted the vendors' e-mail address (even though it is correct IN QB). I re-entered the correct e-mail address and hit save.
**TSheets: I hit IMPORT in the QB Sync options.
Guess what? No change.

Since we already tried the basic troubleshooting steps and no changes made. I recommend contacting the Tsheets support team. This way, they will be able to pull up your account and check the underlying issue.
