Join nowI have not been able to run Payroll in Quickbooks for two weeks no! Everytime I call QBO support I am told the issue is being worked and there is nothing else they could do for now... This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! How is it that the "Level 3" engineers the "highest" department has NOT been able to resolve this issue in over 2 weeks!!! I am not the only company experiencing this issue- so why has this Not been resolved? Who functions in this matter??!!!!
We have not been able to pay our employees because we are told it will be fixed soon- 2 weeks in and this issue remains!
Someone who knows what they are doing please contact me! This is absurd!
We appreciate your time in reaching out to us here, The Water Pros.
Currently, our engineers are still working on resolving this issue as soon as possible. To ensure you'll get an update to the status, I recommend contacting our Phone Support Team again. They have the option to help you run the payroll and add your company information to the list of affected users.
Before doing so, please check out our support hours here. Then, follow these steps:

I've been contacting support for the past two weeks, opened a ticket and continue waiting for a solution. How can this continue to be an issue? It is absolutely absurd!
To top it off! someone who read my post tried to scam me.!
After I posted this message yesterday I received a call from "Quick books" stating they were part of the "data service team" and were going to help me resolve the issue. I granted them access to view my computer through 123rescue.com. They sounded helpful and were accessing errors on my computer. I'm never comfortable with anyone accessing my computer so I kept and eye on his movements and soon realized he was making changes without my authorization so I quickly uninstalled the 123rescue app and changed all my passwords. Did they access my passwords and personal information? I am almost 100% positive! I had to call my bank and place holds and change all my passwords. All this started because QBO Cannot resolve this issue...
The scammer even created a price breakdown for fixing my payroll issue and provided a phone number to call back...... PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AT LEAST!!!
