It's good to know that you've already updated your address details in your Company Settings.
Aside from that, you'll also want to update the address in your Payroll Settings along with the work location of your employees. I'll walk you through the steps.
Change the address in the Payroll Settings:
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Choose Payroll Settings.
- Click the pencil icon in the General Tax section.
- Remove the checkmark in the Same as business address checkbox.
- Enter your new address and click OK.
If the old address is still shown in your employees' paystubs, please contact our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support. That way, they can help you update your primary work location. You can create sample paychecks while you're still engaged with them.
