Don't worry, @BeachGal. You can choose not to invite your employees if you don't want to use the Workforce feature.

When you invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce, they can view their pay stubs, W-2s and add their personal info. You can opt-out anytime if you don't want to use this function.
