Upgrade to QB Pro 2018

Hi, my name is Rachel. I am going to try my best not to get upset and irrational, but I do need to talk to someone that is actually going to give me help.  I have called the support team and they gave me very little help because I refuse to pay more money for a program I bought just two months ago that has shut down and refuses to work.  They emailed me a list of “try this” and I have tried all of them.  I am extremely upset to the point I would like to be ugly, but I am just not that sort of person, I have been staying up until 12am working on this thing and to no avail. I do not think it is fair that I pay such large amounts of money on a forced upgrade and then there is no guarantee from you guys that it is going to continue to work…just two months down the road. Please if there is someone that will really help me without demanding more and more money I would really appreciate it. I’m not one to complain or be rude but I am dependent on this program to run a family business that takes care of us and now I can’t even pay quarterly taxes because of the upgrade and it is very frustrating please understand I don’t mean to be a problem, but something needs to be resolved.

I'm here to help get this taken care of, but I just need some more information about concern for today.

 

To make sure that I can provide you with the best resolution, may I know some specifics about the issue you're having? Are you getting some sort of errors while working with your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT)? And also, may I know what version of QBDT you're currently using?

thanks for the reply at 7am i called a wonderful quick books representative by the name of Albert from the Philippines office and he was so patient to put up with my nerve racked self.  He took care of everything, but thank you so much for being willing to help I really truly appreciate it.  After 4 days of stressing and not sleeping at night it was nice to know there are those out there that do pay attention.
