Thank you for posting here in the Community. To upload the ADP file to QuickBooks Online. ADP needs to provide an importable file (.qbo). However, most users generally have to make the entries via a journal entry.
I'll guide you how:
- Go to New(+) and under the Other column select Journal Entry.
- Enter the information needed on the line item.
- (Note: Please check with your accountant when you' are unsure of what to do.)
- Click Save and new.
