Using Employee Timesheet for keeping track of hours showing overtime and vacation.

I have a roofing company and need to know how to enter overtime hours per job or location in our case.  There may be two or more places they have overtime hours.

You can create and enter a service item into the Choose the service worked on field to embody the overtime in your timesheet. Also, enter a project to embody a job in the Choose a customer or project field. I’ve also attached a screenshot to visualize this setup further.
