I have a client using desktop QB Enterprise 21.0 where I am encountering an issue with the vacation time accrual not stopping after the maximum hours of vacation time allowed have been accrued in the year. Is this a software problem or a setup error on my part?
Does that mean the only way around this is for the client to keep track of their employees' hours and checkmark the box to stop accruing sick/vacation time once the employee has reached their max?
