I am an accountant and have submitted at least 35 sets of W-2's online to View My Paycheck. I am getting lots of calls from my clients and their employees about how they can not receive the forms online. What's going on? Is there an issue, or Am I missing a step? I have updated payroll, resent, emailed and done everything I can to get these available online for them I need help right away because if I need to go back andstart reprinting all of these, I need to get some forms ordered.

You're correct. If you selected to provide employees online access to their W-2 forms and send email to them, the forms should be available on their accounts, and they'll receive an email notification.
To start, let's verify if the employee can see the W-2 tab on their View My Paycheck or QuickBooks Workforce accounts. I've attached a screenshot for reference.
