You're correct. If you selected to provide employees online access to their W-2 forms and send email to them, the forms should be available on their accounts, and they'll receive an email notification.
To start, let's verify if the employee can see the W-2 tab on their View My Paycheck or QuickBooks Workforce accounts. I've attached a screenshot for reference.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your account on paychecks.intuit.com.
- Select the W-2 tab.

If they don't see that tab, that's the possible reason why they are saying that they don't receive the forms online.
To fix this, I recommend calling our Payroll Support. They have the tools to determine what's causing the issue and help you get back to business in no time.
Here's how you can reach them:
- Go to http://payroll.intuit.com/support/contact/.
- Select your Payroll Subscription type.
- Click Payroll.
- Click on the View Contact Info button to get their contact number.
You can also reach them via chat. The agents can support you as well as your employees.
That should point you in the right direction today.
