I have 6 employees on work visas from Mexico.  Each of them is waiting for their social security cards.  I have 2 questions:

1.  Can they utilize ViewMyPaycheck without a social security number?

2.  Is there a Spanish version of ViewMyPaycheck instructions?

Thank you

Re: ViewMyPaycheck

Hi there, Daffodil.

Thanks for visiting the Community. I’m here to share some information about QuickBooks workforce, formerly known as ViewMyPaycheck.

Social Security Number is required when using the ViewMyPaycheck feature in QuickBooks Online. This is one piece of information used to complete the verification process before an employee can access ViewMyPaycheck.

To be more familiar with the ViewMyPaycheck feature, feel free to check out the following articles:

Regarding your second question, there isn't an available Spanish version for ViewMyPaycheck instruction. QuickBooks only uses English for ViewMyPaycheck instructions.

Always feel free to drop me a reply below if you have additional questions and I'd be glad to assist you further.

How do I view my paycheck?

Re: ViewMyPaycheck

Hi, @bgordonwhite.

There are two possible scenarios you can consider before you can log in through (VMP) site so you can view your paycheck. I'll be happy to share them and help you from there.

First, you can view your paycheck as long as you've been added or invited by your employer to access your paycheck online.

Thus said you can contact your employer to confirm that he/she has a viewmypaycheck (VMP) account. Ensure that your employer has a QuickBooks WorkForce, so that it's easy and secure for you to view and manage your paychecks, W-2's , and other employee info.

Once you've already confirmed from your employer, here's how you can view your paychecks.

  1. From the left panel, Click the Paychecks
  2. View, download or print your latest paycheck or past paychecks ( At the top, quickly check info about your latest paycheck, including net pay, total hours worked, and pay date.)
  3. Click the View detail, to see your paycheck’s breakdown or to download a PDF version you can print.
  4. Select the paycheck you want to view or download as PDF. (If you need a printed copy, just print the PDF version of your paycheck.)
