W-2's

Business is closing.  Don't want to renew payroll subscription.  Can I still print 2019 W-2's?

You'll want to save the W-2 information as a worksheet in Excel, mkclark.

 

Here are the steps:

  1. Click Employees located at the top, and select Payroll Tax Forms and W-2s.
  2. Choose Tax Form Worksheets in Excel.
  3. When the Excel file opens, click the Enable Content button.
  4. Select the Annual W-2/W-3 option under Which worksheet you want to create?.
  5. Choose the Date, and click the Create Report button.

Once you have the report, you can use the data to file the W-2 form manually. I'm also adding this article for reference: Print W-2 and W-3 forms.
