You'll want to save the W-2 information as a worksheet in Excel, mkclark.
Here are the steps:
- Click Employees located at the top, and select Payroll Tax Forms and W-2s.
- Choose Tax Form Worksheets in Excel.
- When the Excel file opens, click the Enable Content button.
- Select the Annual W-2/W-3 option under Which worksheet you want to create?.
- Choose the Date, and click the Create Report button.
Once you have the report, you can use the data to file the W-2 form manually. I'm also adding this article for reference: Print W-2 and W-3 forms.
