Our company went through a DOL audit.  They have filed a Form 941-X for the 2nd qtr on our behalf.  How do I report the payouts in QuickBooks to create a W-2 at year end?  Can it be done without creating a paycheck because it shouldn't be reported in our 941 for the qtr?

Since your form 941-X is already filed for the 2nd quarter, I'd suggest you consult our Payroll Care Support. They can help you adjust your payroll so you can create a W-2 at year end.
