Buy nowI would like to manually print these but when I go to print them they say draft across them? How do I get that off?
Let me provide some idea about the draft that shows in the W2 form, @nickscript.
At this time, it's only available as a draft which indicates that you cannot use the final W2 yet as it is still showing as pending. With that being said, it'll be available when IRS finalizes them.
To prepare and print the Form W2 form, you can read through this article: Prepare your forms, and print and save them.
Additionally, you can also invite your employees to use QuickBooks Workforce. This way, they can view and print their own W-2 copies for the current year and previous two years if you were using our payroll services during that time.
Please let me know if you have other questions about printing payroll forms. Take care and stay safe always

Nope!!! I even called and my copies still say Draft copy on them even though they say ready to send. This should be an easy fix. I don't get it. I want my employee copies of the W2's now. There are three employees that worked for me this last year. Thank God I don't have more. Very frustrated. Not impressed.
